Shipping policy

Shipping within India: The shipping of product takes upto 5-7 days. 

International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days subject to on-time custom clearance. Shipping charges are additional.We will be notifying you through email about the shipment being ready to ship & shipped. If you are not happy with the product, then we have a 15 days exchange policy.

 

Return Policy

  • If you are not happy with your purchase or there is a size issue or you have received a product with defects, please reach out to us for returning or exchanging your purchase.


  • Return requests can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.The products should be unused, unworn with the original tags intact.
  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.We have the facility of reverse pickup.
  • There are no additional costs for replacement/ exchange requests against return.
  • Additionally, an amount of 100 INR is charged for reverse pickup.Certain sale items are not eligible for refund/return/exchange.


Replacement against return

  • Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 7 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 2-3 business days. Mail us at mrbrat8@gmail.com or call us with the Order ID and replacement request details.
  • Once the unused product is received at our end, , our quality team will inspect the received product. 
  • Once approved, we will dispatch the required size/ replacement product depending upon its availability. This entire process of receiving and shipping out another product takes about 5-7 business days. 
  • Post that standard delivery timeline will be applicable.In case of an error from our end (wrong or defected pc, product loss in transit), we will ship to you the exchanged product as soon as we receive the complaint from you.

Refund Against Return

  • Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 7 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 2-3 business days. Mail us at mrbrat8@gmail.com or call us with the Order ID, reason for return, Bank details.
  • Once the unused products are received and quality checked by our team, we shall initiate the process of refund.
  • For prepaid orders, refund shall be processed in the same account via which the payment was made. Please note 100 INR shall be deducted as a reverse pickup fee.
  • For orders in which there was an error from our end, the entire amount shall be refunded.
