What size should I order?

Our sizes are close to the international standards. So, you can order the size that you are currently buying for your child. Also, refer to our size chart, to know the right size for your child.


Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?

We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device.

Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered / hand dyed items / handwoven fabrics.


Will there be issues like shrinkage and color bleeding?

We use premium quality pre-washed fabrics with minimal chances of color bleeding or shrinkage.

Hand processed (block prints, hand dyed, other craft-based techniques) natural fabrics tend to color bleed for the first few washes. That is the innate fabric characteristic, and it just makes the fabric softer and more comfortable. With time, cottons have a natural tendency to fade.


Can I go for customization? 

Yes, we provide customization on every clothing set for only size. You have to contact us and provide the details - Measurements, for us to start stitching. Also, we take a few extra days to stitch it. 



How can I make the payment to complete my order?

We accept debit and credit card payments (visa, Mastercard, American express & maestro credit) upi payment, net banking, wallets (Paytm, gPay, freecharge, airtel) through a secure online server.

Cash On Delivery is not available. 


How do I redeem a promotional code?

Simply enter your valid promo code at checkout.


How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us.

If you have not received the email notification or have been debited for the order, please reach out to us on the contact details mentioned at the end of the page.


How do I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email.


When will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 48 hrs (2 business days)

Thereafter, delivery time in India varies between 3-5 days depending on your location.

For international orders, delivery time varies between 4-10 days, again depending on the location.


How do I cancel or make modifications in my orders?

Requests to cancel orders or any modifications (change the size or the shipping address) can be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, we would not be able to do any changes.
